Opening times of the VGF Customer Centre:

Monday to Thursday, 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., and
Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

Opening times for late payment of fares:

Monday to Thursday, 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m., and
Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

You will find us right in the heart of Frankfurt. You can reach us quickly and easily on the electric railway or the underground to the “Konstablerwache”, with a 30 or a 36 bus, or by tram route 11 or 12 to “Börneplatz”.

Wheelchair users or visitors with prams who would like to go into the Customer Centre through the main entrance should press the bell button next to it. A wide glass door will open in between the two rotating doors.

Parking space for visitors with appointments
Visitors who have an appointment can park in the underground garage beneath the building. The entrance to it is in Rechneigrabenstrasse. The porter’s lodge is manned from Monday to Friday between 6.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. There are parking slots for the handicapped, and those who have an appointment to visit the Customer Centre can also park in the underground garage beneath the building. They can use the clearly marked and more spacious handicapped parking spaces directly alongside the lift to the customers’ lobby. The entrance to it is in Rechneigrabenstrasse. The porter’s lodge is manned from Monday to Friday between 6.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: The steel doors along the route to the lift can only be opened with the assistance of an accompanying person.

Parking space for bicycles and motorbikes
You will find generously proportioned, roofed-in parking facilities for bicycles and motorbikes at the corner of Kurt Schumacher Strasse and Rechneigrabenstrasse.

If you should ever have problems with an automatic ticket dispenser, please note its number (in the bottom right-hand corner) and the name of the transport company so that we can help you more quickly.

We have set up an information pavilion for you at the main railway station (“Hauptbahnhof”) where you can obtain travel information, competent advice and free information material.
