Forgotten your ticket?

It can happen so easily. But then it is possible for the holder of a personal season ticket, meaning a JobTicket, a ticket at the trainee’s and apprentice’s tariff, the Frankfurt-Pass, or a personal annual season ticket to present the valid ticket within seven days to one of the staff in our Customer Centre. In this case you will only have to pay an administrative charge of €7.00.

If, on the other hand, you have forgotten to buy a ticket or do not have your transferable season ticket with you, VGF will not be able to accept the later presentation of a ticket. Then it will cost €40 – and no mercy will be shown. This is because passengers who travel without a ticket are costing us millions every year in lost revenue. We could make good use of that money to improve local public transport – and anyway, it would bring joy to the hearts of all those passengers who do pay properly for your ticket.
