VGF’s vehicles

We keep Frankfurt moving with a total of about 600 vehicles: more than 220 suburban electric trains, almost 120 trams and more than 250 buses. We ensure that you arrive at your destination quickly, safely, punctually and in an environmentally friendly manner.

In doing so we place great value on providing passengers with the maximum of comfort and convenience: easily legible displays inside and outside the vehicle ensure the right information, and air-conditioning on more and more vehicles creates the right temperature for travelling. Most of our trams are now modern low-floor vehicles, and our buses of course meet the strict EU exhaust emission standards with their diesel-particle filters.
