Ticket tips for tourists

If you are visiting Frankfurt for the day we recommend that you take the all-day ticket. For € 5.40 (children € 3.20) you can use it for as many trips as you like within Frankfurt (tariff zone 50) on buses and trams until the end of operations on that day. So – get started!

If you are travelling with you family, friends or other people from work, the best choice for you is probably the group all-day ticket. Up to 5 people (adults and children) can travel together on the day of purchase and make as many trips as you like within the Frankfurt city area at the very special price of € 8.40. The Hotel Guest ticket is a special service provided by a large number of hotels and youth hostels in Frankfurt. With it you can use all the buses and trams within the Frankfurt tariff zone, including the airport, on two consecutive days – and all for the economical price of only € 7.40.

For tourists who want to discover culture in Frankfurt the City of Frankfurt provides the Frankfurt Card. With this you have reduced-price entry to many Frankfurt museums, to the Palmengarten and to the Zoo. It also entitles you to as many trips as you like by public transport within Frankfurt (tariff zone 50) including the Airport.
