Get off wherever you want

The safety of our passengers is an important matter to us. That is why we offer the facility for passengers to get off wherever they want, for greater convenience and safety in the evening hours.

From 8.00 p.m. onwards you can get off even between stops on any of the bus routes, including night bus routes, even between stops (except in the very centre of the city, inside the Alleenring), if conditions on the route allow.

Make use of this service. The best thing is to tell the crew as soon as you get on. They will then check to see whether it is possible for you to get off at the place you would like, and if not will suggest an alternative.

Please sympathise with our position if we have to explain that, because of traffic regulations or operational or route conditions, it is not possible for you to get off at exactly the place you would like. You also have the possibility of using one of our other services: the taxi radio.
