If you have left your wallet, handbag or umbrella on the bus, on the tram, or in the underground, please contact our Lost Property Office at Hauptwache, B-level, because that is where kind-hearted passengers and our crews hand in the objects they have found:

Auctions:

For bargain-hunters, unclaimed lost property is auctioned at 3.00 p.m. on the first Friday of every month at the Eckenheim tram depot. Gloves and cell phones, whole bicycles and briefcases, stuffed animals and even sunglasses with optically ground lenses – everything scurrilous or mundane comes under the hammer there. Whatever lands in our lost property office and is in an adequately good condition is auctioned in Eckenheim – but, of course, not until the statutory three-month period of retention has expired and extensive research has been done in an attempt to identify the rightful owners.

The Eckenheim depot is located at Schwabstrasse 18 and can be reached by underground route U5 or the 34 bus to the “Eckenheimer Landstrasse / Marbachweg” stop.
