Monday to Thursday, 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., and
Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

You will find us right in the heart of Frankfurt. You can reach us quickly and easily on the electric railway or the underground to the “Konstablerwache”, with a 30 or a 36 bus to "Schöne Aussicht" or by tram route 11 or 12 to “Börneplatz”.

Parking space for bicycles and motorbikes you will find generously proportioned, roofed-in parking facilities for bicycles and motorbikes at the corner of Kurt- Schumacher-Strasse and Rechneigrabenstrasse.

If you should ever have problems with an automatic ticket dispenser, please note its number (in the bottom right-hand corner) and the name of the transport company so that we can help you more quickly.

We have set up an information pavilion for you at the main railway station (“Hauptbahnhof”) where you can obtain travel information, competent advice and free information material.
