• This offer is available to all schoolchildren, but not to trainees and apprentices. It is not transferable, and does not include connection tickets or allow holders to take other people with them.
• You can use it to travel from home to school and back as many times as you like. During the Hessen school holidays (but not on the movable holidays) it can also be used anywhere in the whole RMV region.
• Entitlement: To apply for the student’s annual season ticket XXL an order form (52 KB) has to be filled in and confirmed by the student’s school. Proof of age is sufficient if the student is under 14
• Validity: The student’s annual season ticket is always valid from 1 August in any one year to 31 July in the next year, but it is still possible to buy one at any time later (until 1 February) and only pay for the remaining months until 31 July of that year.
• Prices: For 12 months the price is ten times that of the monthly trainee’s and apprentice’s ticket. Only the proportional amount is payable for tickets that start later.

Purchasing

• Regular payments: It is only necessary for the order form to be sent in no later than the tenth day of the preceding month to a VGF Ticket Centre or to the VGF annual season tickets service. Single payment: In cash at any of the VGF Ticket Centres or with an EC/credit card, or by direct debit.
• Duration of contract: The contract remains in force only until the end of the relevant school year. It always starts on the first day of a month, but cannot start after 1 February in any year.
• Please note: The student’s annual season ticket XXL consists of the Customer Card and the 12 individual vouchers attached to it. The student is entitled to travel only by the combination of the Customer Card and the voucher for the relevant month. Before the Customer Card is used for the first time it has to be signed by the holder in indelible handwriting, e.g. with a ball point pen. The student’s annual season ticket number on the Customer Card must always match the one on the relevant voucher.

Please also remember to renew in good time as the contract is not automatically prolonged.
