Core competence in rail
We are the transport services provider for the municipal rail services under the Tram Construction and Operation Ordinance (BOStrab) and are master of tram and suburban electric railway operations.
We provide highly qualified, friendly and well-trained crews for operational deployment and operate modern, safe rail vehicles exactly designed to meet the requirements of our passengers.
We are a highly competent and highly competitive provider of rail vehicles and their associated maintenance services.

Core competence in buses
We are the transport services provider for municipal bus operations as part of the requirements of the local transport company traffiQ.
Our responsibilities include acquiring and maintaining the necessary vehicles and providing their crews. In addition to our own field employees we are making increasing use of the employees of our subsidiary company, In-der-City-Bus, and local transport companies under sub-contractor orders.
We are also responsible for the circulation and service planning for the entire VGF rail and bus area. For affiliated companies these services are provided under service orders. Bus services
Core competence in infrastructure
We are responsible as the service provider in the role of general contractor for the entire local transport infrastructure. This work has made us the professionals in the following fields:
- Planning infrastructure and permanent way
- Planning, building and maintaining/overhauling electrical transport systems
- Servicing, maintaining and overhauling rail systems
- Maintenance and cleaning of buildings and the technical equipment in buildings, including stations and tunnels (facility management)
- Operation and organisation of the central control room (traffic control)
- Information and signalling technology
Our aim is to acquire the technical services in affiliated and other companies that will establish us as an even more efficient provider of planning, execution and final inspection services. Services Infrastructure
Core competence in services
As a reliable partner to RMV we are responsible as the long-term services provider in the fields of sales, securing incoming payments, transport accounting, customer service, security and safety and staff training.
