VGF is Hessen’s biggest service provide and currently employs about 2,000 people. They are all working on the challenges of the mobile future, and ensure that Frankfurt can always keep moving. The employees are the crucial factor here, because without their high level of commitment it would be quite impossible to achieve the high quality of service that VGF has to offer.
VGF offers a wide variety of interesting jobs and a high level of training. Anyone who has completed their training successfully and with a good level of performance will be taken on with a full contract of employment for at least a year.
VGF trains its employees with a broad spectrum of internal training sessions and courses, and recruits most of its specialists and managers from within. In exceptional cases, however, we do appoint people from outside.
