For the 800,000 or so inhabitants of our transport area we provide the best possible services and are constantly extending our network. Our modern transport system is the backbone of this great city, and we are making our contribution to giving our region a great future.
Our employees are our greatest capital asset. More than 2,000 people work day in, day out to keep the operation running. Whether in the driver’s cab, in the control room, in the workshops, along the route, or in the office, our highest goal is quality. With this aim in mind, management and employees all collaborate in a partner-like manner.
We want our passengers to reach their destinations, regardless of whether you are travelling to work or taking a day trip somewhere. Anyone who climbs on board with us should feel at home, in clean vehicles and well-maintained stations, where they should be kept well informed and be able to travel safely.
People who travel with us reach their destinations safely and punctually. We make sure of this with about 1,000 drivers in more than 600 vehicles – every day, and at the weekends, round the clock, on more than 60 routes.
Only those whose actions are cost-conscious can last very long on the market. And only those who provide an attractive transport network can contribute to ensuring that cars remain in garages more and more often. That is why, in our view, environmental protection and a high level of productivity quite obviously belong together.
