Active diversity

Every day our trams and trains transport people of all ages, sizes and backgrounds and from all social strata across Frankfurt.

Just like Frankfurt’s population, VGF’s employees are characterised by their diversity. We currently employ 250 people from 26 countries as well as many other people with migrant backgrounds. We do our level best to enthuse women about our company and create balance, especially in the technical areas.

We employ people with disabilities, even significantly exceeding the legal minimum. We develop measures to create a better work/life balance. These are just some examples which illustrate this: “VGF thrives on diversity.”
