Order and manage your subscription conveniently online with MeineVGF!

Under MeineVGF you can order any time from home:

  •     order or change a new subscription,
  •     report the loss of your eTicket and request a replacement ticket,
  •     view and manage your customer data,
  •     make a change to your bank details or address.

Under MeineVGF you can also benefit from attractive special offers and competitions, as well as an extended ordering, change and cancellation period up to the 15th of the previous month.

Here's how registration works:

For all new customers:
You do not yet have a subscription and do not have a registered chip card? Then register as a new customer under "I want to become a VGF customer".
Note: if you wish to order a subscription for someone else, enter the personal details of the future card user when registering.

For all subscription customers:
Do you already have a subscription to VGF or do you have a registered chip card from direct purchase? Then you can register directly with your registration code and chip card number under "I am a VGF customer".
Note: you will find your registration code on many VGF contract letters. If you have mislaid it, please contact us by e-mail at meine@vgf-ffm.de.   

Not available under MeineVGF are weekly, monthly and annual tickets for direct purchase.
