Get to know our subscription service from a completely new perspective – yours!
As a subscriber you can do the following at meine.vgf-ffm.de at any time:
- finalise a new subscription contract or Hesse School Student Ticket contract,
- report a lost eTicket,
- retrieve your user data,
- change your address information,
- Make changes to your contract.
To use this free service, simply register at meine.vgf-ffm.de. If you are an existing customer, you’ll need to provide your registration code and chip card number during registration. The chip card number can be found on the front side of your eTicket at the bottom left. You have received/will receive your registration code in writing.
Please do not register as a new customer if you already have an annual ticket subscription with us.
You can activate changes to your subscription contract with a card reader at home or at any VGF ticket machine.
