Mobility for all

Passenger escort in Frankfurt

Helping passengers around Frankfurt

This free service is designed to help all those passengers who need practical assistance when travelling on public transport, particularly the elderly, those with reduced mobility (even temporarily) and all those who need support and help finding their way around when travelling by bus or train. The passenger escort service is a free offer of the VGF. You only pay for your ticket.

The employees can be recognised by their VGF uniforms and their “Passenger Accompaniment Service” badge.
