This free service is designed to help all those passengers who need practical assistance when travelling on public transport, particularly the elderly, those with reduced mobility (even temporarily) and all those who need support and help finding their way around when travelling by bus or train. The passenger escort service is a free offer of the VGF. You only pay for your ticket.

And this is how our service works:

Arrange your desired appointment by phone or online form as early as possible, if possible one week in advance.

The escort service will pick you up at the door of your apartment at the agreed time and, of course, accompany you home again if you wish.

The employees can be recognized by their VGF service uniform and their service card "Fahrgast-Begleitservice". There is a sign on the breast pocket and a patch on the back of the service jacket with the imprint "Service & Fahrgastbegleitung". A company ID card is carried by the staff and can be presented on request.

Accompanying trips are possible depending on the distance of the destination from Monday to Friday, 07:00 am to 09:00 pm and Saturdays, 10:00 am to 05:30 pm.
