- The Frankfurt-Pass and the Frankfurt-Pass mobil are different forms of proof. Only persons who have received the Frankfurt-Pass mobil are authorised to purchase tickets. To obtain the Frankfurt-Pass mobil, you must go to the relevant social welfare centre or request the certificate by e-mail. If you already have a Hessenpass mobil, you will not receive an additional Frankfurt-Pass mobil.

Who gets the Germany Ticket for the Frankfurt Pass mobil?
You can only obtain the Deutschland-Ticket for the Frankfurt-Pass mobil with proof of the Frankfurt-Pass mobil.
The VGF does not issue either a Frankfurt-Pass mobil or Frankfurt-Passes. We also have no influence on whether you are entitled to a Frankfurt-Pass mobil or not.
Where can I get my Frankfurt-Pass mobil?
To obtain the Frankfurt-Pass mobil, you must go to your local social welfare centre. If you already have a Hessenpass mobil, you will not receive a Frankfurt-Pass mobil in addition. Your Frankfurt-Pass may already have an FPm sticker on it, which proves that you can get a discounted Deutschland-Ticket with the Frankfurt Pass mobil.
How do I order my Deutschland-Ticket for the Frankfurt-Pass mobil?
12 steps to a Deutschland-Ticket with the Frankfurt-Pass mobil
- Visit the MeineVGF website.
- Go to the Deutschland Ticket tile with Hessenpass mobil or Frankfurt-Pass mobil - depending on which verification you have.

- With Hessenpass mobil only: select whether you have a Frankfurt-Pass or not.
- Upload your verification (photo of Hessenpass/Frankfurt-Pass mobil-proof).
- Enter your personal details.
- Register with an e-mail address and a password (8 characters, including letters, numbers such as 1,2,3 and special characters such as !&/)
- Tick the boxes for the privacy policy, the general terms and conditions and the conditions of carriage
- Complete your bank details. Tick the SEPA direct debit mandate box.
- Check your details and click on the "Order with obligation to pay" button.
- You will receive an e-mail with which you must confirm and activate your access.

The subscription for all tickets for the Frankfurt-Pass is available at MeineVGF.
Ticket online
Alternatively, you can apply for the ticket by e-mail or by post using the completed order form (by the 10th of the previous month). The validity of the ticket starts on the 1st of the following month. You will need a copy of your Frankfurt Pass. The order form can also be handed in at the VGF-Service-Centers.
We would like to point out that communication by e-mail is regularly unsecured. Further information is available at vgf-ffm.de/en/data-protection.
For direct purchase, you can obtain tickets for the Frankfurt Pass from ticket vending machines (chip card with proof of authorization is required), in the VGF-Ticket-Shops and in the VGF-Service-Center.
Important information about discounted tickets for the Frankfurt Pass (with and without subscription)
To purchase discounted tickets for the Frankfurt Pass, you need a valid Frankfurt Pass.
The Frankfurt Pass must be valid at least as long as the ticket at the time of purchase. In the subscription at least 6 months. If the Frankfurt Pass loses its validity during the year, it must be renewed and proof of the new validity must be provided when a subscription is purchased.
Frankfurt Pass Tickets are personalized and non-transferable. The chip card and the valid Frankfurt Pass must be carried on journeys.
These tickets entitle the holder to any number of journeys within the Frankfurt city area, including the airport. For journeys outside Frankfurt, an additional connecting ticket is required. The Student Ticket Hesse and the Senior Citzen Ticket Hessen can be used throughout Hesse.
