If the lifts in stations stop working, VGF can provide stair climbers. These will enable wheelchair users to navigate stairs with the help of our station staff or our passenger advisors. You can request this service by calling the VGF Safety and Service Centre directly or by using the emergency phones or the information points in the stations.
