If you as a company have already concluded a JobTicket contract with RMV, there are currently two options for switching to JobTicket Deutschland in the future:
Option 1: You use the RMV JobTicket module as usual. The RMV remains the contractual partner. If you already issue JobTickets as eTickets, the usual administration will continue to apply. Data can be entered or changed by the company administrator. Monthly billing takes place with the company. You can find more information at: rmv.de/jobticket.
Option 2: You switch to the VGF corporate customer portal. In the future, the VGF will be your contractual partner. To do this, you conclude a new contract with VGF. To do this, please follow the instructions under "JobTicket Deutschland for companies that do not yet have an RMV JobTicket contract".
In the future, you can decide whether data management is to be handled by a central office in the company or by the employees themselves. If desired, monthly billing will take place either with the company (invoice) or with the individual employees (SEPA direct debit).
It is as simple as that:
- Download general contract and attachment 1.
- Complete and sign the general contract in duplicate as well as attachment 1 in single form and send it in advance by e-mail to firmenticket[at]vgf-ffm.de in order to shorten the processing time.
Please note that communication by e-mail is regularly unsecured. Further information is available at vgf-ffm.de/datenschutz.
- Please send the completed and signed general contract as well as attachment 1 by mail to the following address:
Stadtwerke Verkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt am Main mbH
Abo- und Onlinservice
Kurt-Schumacher-Strasse 8
60311 Frankfurt am Main
- Receive signed copy of contract and login data for the corporate customer portal from VGF
- Enter employee master data in the corporate customer portal (title, first name, last name, date of birth).
- Enter the employees' addresses in the system. This can be done by administrators in the company or by the employees themselves.
- Initiate ticket orders. Ticket orders can be placed by administrators in the company or by the employees themselves.
- Employees receive the chip card with the JobTicket Deutschland conveniently at home shortly before the first day of validity.
- Additional information can be found here for download.
Please note: Please let us know your desired validity start date for the JobTickets in sufficient time. The actual start date depends on when all the required data (contract incl. attachments) has been completed in full and signed. The individual ticket orders must be received in the system by the 15th of the month so that the employees can start their journey directly on the 1st of the following month.
In the event of valid reasons, such as a breach of our Code of Conduct or the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (LkSG), VGF reserves the right not to accept the contract. The list is not exhaustive.
Before the contract is concluded, VGF will check the future contractual partner against the so-called embargo list (the basis for this is, in particular, Regulations EC No. 753/2011, No. 881/2002 and Regulation 2580/2001 or their annexes in their respective versions). The VGF reserves the right to repeat this check regularly in individual cases. In the event of a positive entry, the contract will not come into effect or there is a right to terminate the contract without notice.
Unilateral changes to the JobTicket Deutschland general contract are not possible. If changes to the contract are made unilaterally by the contractual partner, these will not be accepted and are not agreed with legal effect.
